Liability Form Agreement
I, the undersigned / parent / legal guardian, being 18 years of age or older, do fully and forever release and discharge The Bhangra Hood, its instructors, volunteers, and contractors, from all losses, damages, or injuries of any kind, claims, demands, lawsuits, expenses (including lawyer fees) and any other liability of any kind, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with the services rendered or to be rendered by The Bhangra Hood.
Damages to the Studio
I, the undersigned / parent / legal guardian, being 18 years of age or older, fully and forever agree that any damage accidentally or purposefully done to the studio space by any parent, student, or client in any form, including all materials within the building premises, The Bhangra Hood will not be liable to pay for the damages. Whoever is responsible for any damage done to the studio will be invoiced accordingly and expected to pay for the damage at whatever cost.
Marketing, Photography & Promotion
I, the undersigned / parent / legal guardian, being 18 years of age or older, consent and grant The Bhangra Hood the access and right to use any photographs and / or videos, as well as printing of names for advertising, promotion, and marketing purposes.
Cancellation Policy
I, the undersigned / parent / legal guardian, being 18 years of age or older, agree that any cancellation must be made 12 hours in advance of the scheduled class or event to be eligible for a full refund.
Entire Agreement
I, the undersigned / parent / legal guardian, being 18 years of age or older, agree that this agreement sets forth the entire agreement between the parties, and cannot be amended, modified, or changed orally. Any changes or amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Governing Law
I, the undersigned / parent / legal guardian, being 18 years of age or older, agree that this agreement shall be constructed, interpreted and enforced according to the laws of the province of Ontario.
